How this works

The math behind the number.

This is the model we use at Cirql to calculate every agent's SOI potential. It isn't theoretical. It's built on 200+ agents at Pemberton Real Estate — Minnesota's #1 independent brokerage — and grounded in conversion rates a worked sphere actually produces.

The key variable is touches per year. Most agents touch their sphere 4 times or fewer. The Cirql system runs 16. That difference is where most of the gap comes from.

The math accounts for diminishing returns. More touches help, but each one helps less than the last. A sphere worked at 16 touches per year converts at roughly 7.5% per contact. The same sphere at 4 touches converts at about 3%. Your actual numbers may be better than the model — they shouldn't be wildly higher.
