Requesting a free resource sends you that resource and also adds you to my marketing lessons: a few short emails to start, then about one a week. This is stated under every form before you submit it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click stops all of it. If you unsubscribe and later request another resource, you can still download it on the page, but you are not added back to the emails.
This site uses ActiveCampaign to send requested resources and marketing lessons and to keep the related contact records, Netlify to host the site, and standard analytics platforms. Forms on this site are submitted directly to ActiveCampaign. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
