Why Tyler

The operator behind the system.

Before Inner Cirql, I was Director of Technology for a large eXp Realty team, where I built their internal tech stack and, alongside Blake, the recruiting systems that Inner Cirql grew out of. I've been coaching and consulting on AI and automation since the ChatGPT beta, before it was called ChatGPT.

Blake is the recruiter. I'm the one who makes it run. If you ask me a recruiting strategy question, I'll point you to him. If you ask me how the system works, how your agents get visible, or how to run an agent business like a business, that's mine.

Are you the recruiter?
No. Blake is. He runs recruiting strategy and has the record to show for it. I build what makes the system run, and I coach the agents.
Will I work with you directly?
Yes. I'm on both weekly coaching calls, and I'm the one behind the portals, the automation, and the tools. If something in the system needs to change for your team, it comes to me.
I'm an agent, not a team leader. Is this for me?
Yes. The Always-On Agent System is the part of Inner Cirql built for individual agents: visibility, sphere follow-up, and weekly coaching. Start on the agents page.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Everything is set up live with you and kept running by my team. Most agents spend under ten minutes a morning on it.
Will you work with my competitors?
No. One Territory Takeover client inside an agreed, defined market. We won't install the system for a direct competitor in your protected territory during your engagement.
