Do I have to be at Pemberton to join?

No. The Inner Cirql is open to agents at any brokerage. If you're considering joining Pemberton, the coaching program is included at no additional cost with your move. But you don't have to switch to access the program or the tools.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and uploaded to the community the same day. You won't fall behind. That said — live is where the work happens. Show up. The value is in the room, not the recording.

Are Cirql and OpenDorz included in the price?

Yes, if you pay in full. On the payment plan, you pay for access to both tools separately — Cirql is $50/month and OpenDorz is $30/month. Most agents keep them running long after the program ends because they're producing and they want to keep it that way.

Is the $8,800 a one-time fee or annual?

It covers your first year: the 4-week intensive plus 12 months of alumni community access, weekly group calls, and quarterly 1-on-1s. Year two renewal is available for members who want to stay in the room.

When does the next cohort start?

Cohorts run monthly with 10 spots each. The strategy call takes 15 minutes and will give you a specific start date and an honest read on whether this is the right fit right now.

I'm not very technical. Will I be able to keep up?

I built these tools because the agents I work with are not technical and I needed them to be able to use the system without help. If you can use a smartphone and send an email, you can run this. That's the whole point.
