The rotation system

Your contacts are divided into 12 groups. Every week, four groups get contacted — one group per method. By week 12, every person in your database has been reached once through four different channels. Run it four times a year and every contact hears from you roughly every three weeks. The agent knows which group is up and which method they get. It never assigns the same method twice in a row to the same contact. You never have to think about who's next.

What you're actually looking at

Most agents are using AI as a search bar. This is different.

Chat AI — ChatGPT, Claude in the browser — gives you text back when you type something in. You paste a contact's name, ask what to say, copy the answer. But you still had to decide who to reach out to. You still did the work.
